My boost for today is local to SoPo
Fore River Brewing Company.
Just before the shutdown; they had a big expansion of a new brewery facility.
Personally, I'm not much of a beer drinker and I do appreciate a really good sour beer.
2 aspects that makes their sour beers stand out are the unique flavors & they incorporate a gluten eating bacteria.
As someone who shouldn't eat gluten, their sour beers are "beneficial" for my belly😊
For their pivot, they are offering curbside pick up at the new brewhouse or delivery.
