Day 37: Covid Business Boost

DAY 37: Omi’s Coffee Shop May 21st

Scent is so evocative.
A whiff from the kitchen can unexpectedly carry us back in time or a breeze pull us like dog on the trail for something delicious.
Coffee and Bacon!
You know what I'm talking about.
Those scents grab my full attention.
The irony for me, is I no longer drink coffee and eat mostly vegan. (unless it's really great pastry)
And every time, my Pavlovian response is the same.

My Boost for today is where I get neither, coffee or bacon, and leave smelling like both!
A dream come true!

Omi’s Coffee Shop has been doing some curbside & they have reconfigured the interior for their re-opening.
They are up on Meetinghouse Hill in SoPo.
I've been wistfully longing for their almond milk steamie with herbs & flower petals and some tasty morsel.

When you're in SoPo, stop on by this woman owned coffee shop, with takeout wines, herbal tea blends and welcome them back.
Personally, I'm really glad they have survived the shutdown.
