DAY 102: Judy Gibson; Restaurant: July 25th
This pandemic certainly brought a screeching halt to a lot of plans.
Pre-Covid, I had read about a new restaurant opening in the Mill Creek neighborhood of South Portland.
I was excited about it as the chef owner Chris Wilcox had been the chef at the Velveteen Habit in Ogunquit, chef de cuisine at Eventide Oyster Co. and baked at Scratch.
What a trifecta!
Judy Gibson Restaurant; has re-opened!
They are offering curbside & outdoor dining.
This is a great addition to the growing food scene on this side of the bridge!
