Day 103: Covid Business Boost Furniture Friends: Creating Homes & Rebuilding Lives

DAY 103: Furniture Friends: July 26th

As a realtor, people who are downsizing, ask me; what should we do with the furniture we don't need?

My boost for today is for @Furniture Friends.
They are focused on helping people creating homes and rebuilding lives.
In 2019, Furniture Friends served over 500 households by providing donated furniture to people moving into apartments etc.
They identify people in need who lack the financial resources to purchase furniture on their own.

"Among the clients we serve are people who have struggled with homelessness and/or substance abuse as well as those living with physical and mental disabilities.
We also serve veterans, survivors of domestic violence, and many immigrants beginning their new lives."
