DAY 71: Milk and Honey Cafe June 24th
One of the things I appreciate about East Bayside in Portland is the eclectic nature of the businesses that have made that neighborhood home.
Who doesn't love a charming urban farm store with herbal & plant medicine and a cafe?
This is one of my favorite little gems in E.Bay.

My boost for today is
Milk and Honey of Swallowtail Farm
Home to a tasty cafe' and from their farm; delicious cheeses, kefirs, yogurts and a solid seasonal array of herbal lotions and potions.

As it's growing season in Maine; check out their offerings of fresh veggies, locally raised poultry and their CSA.
