here we are, together.
91 days into it & some of my boosts are products that can be found in my pantry.

My boost for today is for Royal Rose Syrups LLC
they had me at Cardamom Clove!
I love that these simple syrups are anything but simple.
The flavors they make bring the WOW!
to mocktails, cocktails, baking and
who knew....
roasting brussel sprouts.

If you are cleaning up your food life & cutting out corn syrup, caramel dye number 4742, artificial flavors; these are a great way to add flavor to plain yogurt, tea, homemade lemonade with lavender etc.
When I make my chocolate cinnamon babka, I glaze the top with the cardamom clove syrup!!!
